Substance source download error

download not woked with site and substance painter too.

From where are you trying to download? An internet browser or a Source integration?

i try both.
now its work. but several time ago source library on site text me error.
substance painter plugin can`t download in same time. just write: substance downloaded -0; and do nothing.

Hi @ssearsh

We had some problems with a server which prevented users from downloading some of the newest materials.
It is fixed now, you should be able to download without any problem!

On a related note and I'm sure this is related to a setting in my browser, but when I go to download a texture on the source it takes me to nyc3.digitaloceanspaces.com and this pops up:

This site can’t be reached
The connection was reset.
Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewal
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

The texture is in my assets folder but I get the same error. This seems to be something new because I never had this problem before today. What do I need to tell my administrator to change in my browser?

I'm still having the same issue. I'm sure this is on my end, I just need to know what to tell my administrator to do for downloads to happen. Thanks!
