I have posted once or twice about this before, but I am still struggling to solve the problem.

How can I get mesh map bakes out of substance painter that don't have those ugly UV seams?



The last asset I painted had this as well and what fixed it was to specify the high poly  mesh (in my case an FBX) for baking the mesh maps

You can try switching from uniform to cosine in the AO options. Also, for Curvature, if its a high poly subdivided asset you are working on, you can try using the ' per vertex' option.

Baking seems to be hit or miss at the moment.
