Painter crashes on start up on my 2017 Surface Pro.
It has 16 gigs and i7-7660U CPU 2.50 GHz.
When i try to start Substance Painter, it loads and after a second it closed down. Tried increasing the TDR time but that didn't seem to work either. Anyone know what i can do to get it running without crashing?

thank you, but i am not able to export a log. Painter opens up and crashes a second later.

If you follow the link, there is also a section which instructs you where to find the log file as in your case.

thanks guys! here's the log.

let's try this again. :)

The problem is that your GPU is too low.
Base don the log file you have an Intel Iris Plus Graphics 640 with only 64MB of VRam, which is way below our minimum technical specifications. See :

Don't forget your log file. It can be exported from the Help menu of the software.
