In order to get help in an efficient manner, please follow those rules:
Attach a log file to your post, see:

Attach a screenshot of the issue to your post if possible
Indicate some steps to reproduce the problem
Don't create duplicate threads and/or ask the same questions in different threads
. This will not make you get an answer faster.
Don't post in very old threads (older than a year for example).
. The software evolve a lot and some issues may have been already fixed or have changed since and the thread is not relevant anymore.
