How to report an issue ?

If you have technical issues such as instabilities, crashes, low performances, etc, you may post it in this forum. Make sure to check that your issue hasn't been already covered by our FAQ: https://forum.substance3d.com/index.php/topic,31029.0.html

In order to get help in an efficient manner, please follow those rules:

• Attach a log file to your post, see: https://docs.substance3d.com/spdoc/exporting-the-log-file-128745475.html
• Attach a screenshot of the issue to your post if possible
• Indicate some steps to reproduce the problem
• Don't create duplicate threads and/or ask the same questions in different threads. This will not make you get an answer faster.
• Don't post in very old threads (older than a year for example).. The software evolve a lot and some issues may have been already fixed or have changed since and the thread is not relevant anymore.
