After some more testing:
- B2M alone works ok.
- I tested SubTerrain (Substance Terrain Tool v1.1.1) alone, with the sample substances provided and also crashes.
So, everything seems to come from using SubTerrain to use substances in the terrain.
I'm mixing the use of both because my intention was to use B2M output in terrains also. And the only way to get good results with this, that I found, was to use the SubTerrain shader override for Unity terrains you were providing.
The only thing I already know is that I like Bitmap2Material, so I will end buying it from the Unity Asset Store. Hope I can use it also on terrains or find an alternative solution.
