Source daily download limit?

So I've activated my educational license for Designer & Painter.
And I wanted to download some materials from source but it seems I can only download 3?
Is there a download limit per  day as well as the 30 limit per month?

Free student licenses do not include access to Source. Maybe those 3 were part of the free ones?

I read through the EULA and have found nothing that says that educational licences have restrictions in Source.

Source is not part of either software's license. It is a separate service provided with the Substance monthly subscription only.
