The Substance Source Site won't load

I actually am using Substance Painter version 2019.2.3 and about 1 to 2 weeks ago Substance Source stopped loading in the software and just gives a big spinning circle like mentioned above.

The manual update of the plugin worked for me.

I'm using Substance Painter, version 2019.2.3
Build 3402 - aa4071e69bcc03ee59c525821acc822d24e71e1a
 and I am unable to access substance source through substance painter to download materials.
I just get the loading circle continuing to circle around with no site actually loaded.

Because of a recent change of the Substance Source platform an update of the plugin is required to be able to download materials again.
This update is manual for user of Substance Painter before 2019.3.

My substance source is not working. Neither in the Browser nor as a plugin. I ve setup the plugin new, like you said - still nothing working. it s just loading.
I ve made a short video, but i can t attach it here. If you wan t i can send it to you..

As of Dec. 10, using the latest version of Substance Painter (2019.2.3 build 3402), even with the plugin installed as instructed, Source won't load in the app.

In that case I would advise you to use the Substance lancher, it has a Substance Source tab and you have the possibility to send each asset directly to Painter so it is very similar to the integration into Painter, but with a better and more up-to-date interface

This worked for me. I had a fresh install of substance and still had to do it so just do it.

Hello all, sadly the same issue here on Mac Catalina.  Did a clean install, to no avail.  Hoping for an update to get us back up and running soon.
