Author Topic: Houdini 17.0.459 rendering Substance wrong  (Read 4940 times)

Hi guys,

As you can see in the pic I got weird rendering problems.

Houdini ver: Houdini 17.0.459

I got Soi_Cobblestone.sbsar from Substance Share today (Feb 21st, 2019).

I built a geo node with a box, a UVTransform with Texture Type set to Face and a Material node pointing to the Shopnet containing the Substance_shop node that is picking up the .sbar file. Looks and works fantastic in the viewport but upon rendering it falls apart to the jacked up pink cube you see in the MPlay window.

 My Mantra render node is set to Ray Tracing, Pixel Samples are set to 5x5. No lights in the scene (other than headlight) so no weird shadow types or anything.

Does anyone have some pointers to get this to render properly?

I'm having a similar problem where the shared renders correctly in the viewport but render white in mantra.
