integrated amd vega graphics

Hello! I may be upgrading my laptop for work and I wanted to know if the new ryzen laptops with vega graphics ( see link )
will be an issue for substance painter, this laptop for example:

Windows 10 Home 64
AMD Ryzen™ 5 2500U Quad-Core
16 GB memory; 1 TB HDD storage
AMD Radeon™ Vega Graphics
15.6" FHD touch display

It seems like this chip has no dedicated video memory so it's likely that Substance Painter will not function at all or pretty poorly.
