hello when i bake my high poly i have this mark ? what is wrong ?


It's because your cage is intersecting with the rest of your high poly (the teeth). You should split your low poly teeth for having their own cage and bake with the option "By Mesh Name".

No. If your high poly teeth are already separate from the rest of your dog, just reexport it and call them by example body_high and teeth_high and for your low poly call them body_low and teeth_low.
