i had a try to edit, the substance.upluging file like it has been fixed with previous version

when i remove the two lines of code, the plugins is correctly listed in my project.
I will now, try to install the plugin not into the Project directory, but into the 4.3/engine/plugins/
It seems that this fixed all the problems, with StandAlone game version, I can do both
a) right click on the MyGame.Uproject and then launch game from here.
b) and i can run the game from the editor in Standalone mode
unfortunately i have a last question,
Do i have to download the plugins source from Github, and recompile the source with my own project, to enable the plugin in in none developer editor mode ? how I do have to proceed if i cook and pack my game and test it out on a neutral computer where unreal engine is not installed ? If you can clarify this point, it would be handfull
