Difference between commercial and non commercial SD

Except for license agreement between the commercial and non commercial use of SD, what other limitations are there?  I would expect watermarks, but anything else?

The only difference is the license agreement. There is no other limitation in the non-commercial version.

WOW that is great (and surprising) I would have at least thought some kind of water mark.  I could buy SD non commercial, work on and finish my project and when ready to ship, distribute, or what not upgrade SD to commercial before distribution. 

I already bought B2M, but now I think picking up SD NC to start is going to be the next thing on my list
