When will bitmap2material be updated ? When i try to open my 2017 scenes it crashes with the message that it cannot read the bitmap2material substance file. please advise.

Hi,

If you get this error in 3ds Max it's most probably due to the Substance engine version.
One thing you can try is to use the 3ds Max updater :

We will at some point release a dedicated 3ds Max plugin in order to be sure to have a perfect behaviour.
