Hey, (easily) you can't, as by default, Unity is not based on GLSL shaders: this is something you can do but I wouldn't do it.
That said, I am pretty confident you can find some car shaders, either by default or in the Unity asset store.

So, if i work with Substance Painter for Unity, i should use just pbr shader to have a similar result on Unity. is it correct?

You can use the default metallic roughness one: we make sure with Unity to match the visual results properly ;)

Then, that can be a feature request from Allegorithmic or community, make some more shaders and game engine compatible equivalences to let users to make more creative and compatible works :-)  I know it is not a limitation, it will make using exports on Unity easier. it would be nice to have some Substance Painter shaders on Unity Asset Store.

so far you almost get a 1:1 match, so this is something considered as solved.
We worked closely with Unity to make this happen.
