Author Topic: Generating height map to include all normal map information  (Read 1396 times)

I'm having difficulties figuring out how to generate and export a height map that utilizes all of the normal map information within the project (substance materials and mesh baked normal map). I'm not sure how to specify the problem in a succinct way, so I'll do my best to break down the issue.


Project in material view. I'm using a combination of information from mesh baking and substance materials to get my normal map.

As I mentioned above, I would like to generate a height map that utilizes the information illustrated in the Normal+Height+Mesh preview mode. I'm not sure what I'm missing in my workflow to allow for this. I haven't had much luck searching for an answer, so I'd appreciate any insight y'all are able to share.
