Cannot access to the Substance Painter Documentation

Apparently the confluence website is asking me for User and Pass, I am trying with my Substance user but I cannot log in. While in the website of Allegorithmic I can log in without any troubles. I can visit all the documentation of the others softwares except Substance Painter.
