Hello I recently just had the substance subscription and canceled it to actually just pay the price outright as it's cheaper for what I want. Well - I could upgrade Designer, but it won't let me upgrade Painter, it says it's already updated.

I did last before posting this (was hoping to get it taken care of sooner) which is why I came here as well - I knew the good crew of Allegorithmic is always scouring the forums :).

Well the email from contact form was a reply to the situation with the cancellation of the subscription. Not sure if he/she will get to it before you guys could.
