Hello!  When i switch to Android platform my sbsar material starts looks like this:

But in PC mode it looks OK:

It seems like  some normal map problem.
And i have this issue on all sbsar material on Android mode.
What settings do I need to change?

This is a known issue with the Substance + Unity integration. Normal maps are showing up incorrectly when the build target is set to Android. As far as I know, the normal maps look correct when actually displayed on the android device (making this an editor only bug). Unfortunately, I don't have a timeframe in which this will be fixed.  I'm sorry for the issue this causes you. :-\
