No downloads available

Hello!
I recently purchased a substance live subscription but I am unable to download any of the materials available. It displays on the upper right corner that I have 0 downloads available when there should be 30.

I apologize the download appeared shortly after writing this post. I downloaded skins materials and everything works besides the base color. There is no color whatsover. Could this be due to how I imported them? Out of all the options (alpha,base material,filter,generator,procedural,texture) I set them all as base materials. Is this appropriate?

When importing the skin material as a base material in Painter, you should have access to all the channels, including base color or diffuse. Can you post a screenshot of your setup in Substance Painter?
