Error on loading sbsar files... 3ds max.

I have this error while loading some of the files that I downloaded. I tried also on a different machine.
This problem is very weird, any ideas=

Hi,

By looking at this, it looks like a Substance engine version issue : in 3ds Max you probably have an older version compared to the features you use in your substance file.
