Author Topic: 2048 texture output cap  (Read 1811 times)

Im trying out Substance Designer 6. In My Substances base parameters, my output size is 12x12, or 4096px. But my end nodes only go up to 2048px. I've tried both Absolute and Relative to parent with little avail. What am I missing?

Are you using the SSE2 engine? I think it's capped at 2k.
Change it to Direct3d by going to Tools>switch engine.

Thanks for the tip. I am using Direct3D 10. It was actually under Preferences > Engine > Cooker and GPU Cache Limit
