Cannot install Substance Painter

I have purchased the indie version of Substance Painter. it downloads fine, but I have no idea how to install it due to the fact that its not an exe. Is there a special program i need to open this file with? I have never encountered this issue before and really would like some help with this.

Hello,

Substance Painter is an EXE file. If you used Firefox to download, it removes the extension. Just add the .exe and you'll be good to go.
