Author Topic: Application does not load  (Read 1119 times)

Hi all, I am trying to load my Substance Painter, but it stays as a white screen and does not load. I was using it for the past 3 days without a problem, but today it started not loading.

I have uninstalled the application, restarted the computer and installed again, but still the same bug, it does not load. I attached the log file. Please let me know your thoughts?

Could you try to update your GPU drivers ?

Don't forget your log file. It can be exported from the Help menu of the software.

Hi Froyok, I did install the new GFORCE driver, but the bug is still there.

I kept googling and I found another reference to my problem and fixed it clearing the regedit.
