Author Topic: Substance Painter Roughness/Metalic = % in C4D  (Read 1135 times)


I am new to SP and have to place the roughness and metalic maps created in SP into the refelctance channel in C4D

I am not sure how the values translate:

For metal if I have a value of 1 then what does that mean in C4D and I guess that this is a conductor and if I have a value of 0 its Fresnel dialetric but what about the values in-between and what percentage of reflectance strength is that in c4d?

Also how does the roughness translate to c4d?
