so basicly after i unwrapped my model i then did a highpoly bake in 3dmax then i exported it into substance and this what it came out like

i also made sure everythink i wanted was selected and exported as export selected

why do i have missing uvs

Did you apply the same material for the whole mesh in 3ds Max?
If you applied 2 different materials, you'll have 2 texture sets in Substance Painter, that's maybe what happens here?
