Feature idea: Export selection

Ahoi,

it would be very handy, if "Export selection" could be added to right-click-menu! Like drag/select some outputs/bitmaps, right-click -> export them.

Just an idea, no real "Request"

You can do it in the Output window.  [edit : 2d window]
(but not with all format like png)

What do you mean by "Output Window"?

I want to be able to select more than just 1 output. Just like in the export dialog (the little gear), but additional I think a right-click-export would be a more "natural thing".

In the Explorer window right click on your graph and select "Export output as bitmap"

Yes, this is also a way...

but i say it again - I mean selecting something inside the graph (a node) or more nodes by "drag-select-square" -> right-click on "free space"-> export (takes whatever format and path, that is set in the main-export-dialog)

So there should be no nees to go over to the Explorer window or to click the gear-icon...

I think this should be easy to do for the devs and would make for a nicer flow...

yes, sorry, I meant in the 2d window.
You can save the selected node as bitmap. (in the option bar)
(but the choice of format is limited)

Does this work for multiple nodes, also? (Sorry, can´t test it myself right now)
