Cant paint in both 3d and 2d #Read Only

I just downloaded Substance Painter 2 with student license one day ago, but i cant paint anything it has read only label.

Hey, it's because you are trying to paint a fill layer (which you cannot paint directly).
you can either add a black mask to you fill layer and paint on it, or add a paint layer.

even if i add new layer, still i cant paint
But on Log i get this Error #[GenericMaterial] shader-skeleton.frag.glsl:2 | ERROR: 0:2: '' :  extension 'GL_EXT_gpu_shader4' is not supported
I think my gpu drivers are outdated, what is the difference between substance painter and substance painter 2. can substance painter be able tp operate in my Intel(R) Core((TM) i3-2348M

It seems that you don't have any dedicated GPU on your machine, but just an internal Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000
It's not powerful enough to run SP properly.
