Author Topic: UV fusion problem  (Read 1470 times)

Hello guys!

There're some of models, that have strange UV. The parts are fuse, or each part on the top of another one. So, when you trying to paint it, you paint all the parts that below, above or intersects with this part. Some are saying that they faced with this problem too, but none of them don't know what to do. So i'm here to ask you, guys, is anyone faced with this problem and is it possible to fix it?  :(

You have to pack all the uv`s because they are all overlapping

Right gelbuilding! You have to have clean UVs - no overlap. You may want to take a look at how you are assigning objects to texture sets to separate the UVs. Or, in your 3D program, re-pack to eliminate the overlap. :)
