Hello,

I'm not exactly sure which PBR model Unity 5 will adopt. I can check with the developers to be sure. However, I would say it will more than likely be the Metal/Roughness model which is the Disney “principled” BRDF. This model is used in Unreal engine 4.

We will have more information on how to best create PBR Substances for Unity 5.

Hi,

I had the chance to take a look at the new shading system - afaik it will be PBR with roughness and metallicity.

really looking forward to unity 5 !!
