Hi
we actually have around 300 files in both low and high resolution that need a displacement + normal map baking

I think that substance painter can do it with a little help
does anyone know how to handle this ? any existing script ? or other apps that can manage batch baking ?

I believe you can batch bake in Substance Designer, just not Painter. Someone will have to confirm that.

Beyond that, xNormal and Blender does provide options for such automation if you don't have Designer.
