Hi,

We are currently prototyping a game for PC/PS4/XBONE using UE4 (4.13).
Our artists want to try Substance designer this time.

Therefore we need to validate if this is fully available for these plateforms.

My question is how to integrate Substance Plugins into UE4 source engine to be available for PS4/XBONE whereas the Modules WhitelistPlatforms does not including them and also the SubtanceCPU.a/.lib are not present?
