Author Topic: Ambient Occlusion baking strange results  (Read 1387 times)

Hi,
sometimes when I bake textures in SP my AO map gives me back some weird results like this one! How can I fix it?
Normals are ok, Uv's are not overlapping nor flipped, I also removed Ngons.....



hmmm,

it looks like overlap pretty much!

Maybe you have some faces overlapping (front and back-side)? one side gets shadow from AO, and because of overlap
the shadow shows in unwanted places (other face)?

Please check again

did you tri-angulate your model, before exporting ?
