Author Topic: How do I save a SBAR file from within Bitmap2Material?  (Read 4302 times)

Howdy all;
Anyone know how do I save a SBAR file from within Bitmap2Material?
It is confusing that there isn't just a file > save as button.
I am currently trying to save out a SBAR file so I can use it with the UE4 plugin.
Any help is greatly apreciated

You can only export bitmaps from B2M, which are fine to use in UE4. B2M is an actual sbsar file (check your install directory) which you can use in UE4 like any other substance file I believe.

Yes this is correct. B2M can only create textures. You can't export an sbsar file from the B2M standalone. As mentioned you can import the B2M sbsar file into UE4 and use it directly. The sbsar file can be found here. C:\Program Files\Allegorithmic\Bitmap2Material\3\data
