Author Topic: Unable to download source materials  (Read 1991 times)

Hi,

I'm suddenly unable to download any materials from Source.
I get the following message: Hash index is not defined substance painter

Had no problem with this this week, just now.

I hope anyone knows more about this.

Hi,

This issue seems to happen when you have 0 points available on your Substance Source account.
Can you please confirm if it's the case?

It happens to me as well. The same thing. At this point it's getting very frustrating because my work depends on it and substance painter's problems never get fixed even if a patch comes out every day.
