Author Topic: Overlapping UVs  (Read 1271 times)

Hey guys,

So on this particular model I have a bunch of nuts/bolts/washers - I had intended to use a common metal material on them as they are pretty small. The metal objects are copies of an original so they have identical UVs. I gave all them a single material. When I got into SP I see that the UVs for that texture set are all jumbled up and overlapping - this is noticable on the objects. So do I have to create a separate texture set for each and every nuts/bolts/washer?  :-\ There are about 30 or so.

Ah - wait, I got it. I just need a separate texture set for each unique UV set, not for each individual object!  ::) :o
