i would like to put a reflective image environement to my shader,
i tried input image color, but it still texture image so doesn't reflect anything in unity...

how does it works ?

Unity only supports cubemap through some specific reflective shaders. You can't create cubemaps in substance, you will have to manually assign that cubemap inside Unity.

so the better way is to create my own shader for my substance ?
nothing can't be indicated in substance designer about this map ?

No you can't create a cubemap inside of SD, you will have to create it inside of Unity and then assign it to your material.

no, i mean, know that i can't create the cubemap in substance designer, but can i indicate that the input must accept a cubemap instead of a nitmap ?

No, substances can't take cubemaps as inputs.
