Is it possible to use multiple Zbrush materials as mask in SubD?


You will have to bake those to polypaint in your high poly mesh.
Then you can use the vertex color baker in SD to get the masks.

No what I meant was can I make use masks like Cavity, Outline, Gradient Map, Sketch, Gummy, etc baked from Zbrush materials?

Sure, simply import them in your package and you can use any bitmap as a mask.
